“Empower your Mind, Empower your Life!”

Krisztina Marshall is a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity and a Holistic Nutritionist Counsellor with a background including Nursing, Psychology and Psychotherapy and Counselling. She became a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorder and Obesity in London UK in 2011, and more recently graduated with Honours from the Applied Holistic Nutrition program at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition Vancouver.

Krisztina is Hungarian-British by origin with a lot of diverse experience which she gained whilst living in many countries throughout her life. Perhaps the biggest impact on her life was when she lived in Seoul, South Korea for five years and was able to gain insight into the cost of being part of one of the fastest developing countries in the world. During this time Krisztina began to understand and appreciate Asian culture with its beauties and struggles.

Krisztina’s mission is to relieve mental pain and suffering and help clients rebuild a balanced and joyful life. Krisztina’s main approach is to recognize and accept feelings such as anger, fear, and anxiety. She has a great interest in helping others recognize their habits and the core reasons for their behavior, and ultimately provide tools to develop new, more beneficial habits. Her main area of focus is in emotional eating; eating disorders and obesity. Krisztina doesn’t hide the fact that she herself has struggled for almost 15 years and almost lost her life to anorexia. She strongly believes that her own experience gives her the insight and deep understanding of what others might be going through and with that she can help to turn their life around.

Krisztina takes great joy in helping others and when she is not involved with a one on one session she is busy writing her books and blogs ( ), organizing workshops and running her Eating Disorder Support Group. She has also had the privilege to be involved in public speaking in Europe and appear on television and has even taken part in a documentary series. Krisztina is blessed to live with a supportive and loving husband. She is a mother to 5 amazing children whom she calls the ‘miracle fives’.

Her motto is; “We must serve in the community where we live” and this she is currently serving at Paul Sugar Palliative Support Foundation, providing emotional support not just for those who deal with a terminal illness but for their relatives and those who have lost a loved one.
